  Granny Flats WA has helped us to build and renovate a small 60’s house into a multigenerational home. We spoke to four other builders, but Mike was the only one who really understood and could visualise what it was we (with no building or renovation clue whatsoever) wanted. We have had extensive work done over a 12-month period all managed by Granny Flats WA. Work included:
  • Bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation to existing home
  • Existing garage renovated into studio room
  • Granny flat extension connected to existing home by a common (family) room
  • Lounge room and patio extension to existing home
  • Driveway renovation including concrete aggregate and electric gate
  Mike was very easily able translate all our ideas into a workable plan – in a very solution focussed manner. The process on the ground from start to finish was managed beautifully by Karl – clear lines of communication are necessary through such a process and Karl was always available to go through plans and timelines. Alan is an incredible builder and all-rounder of everything. He always came to the house with a friendly and positive manner and is perhaps the tidiest and cleanest of builders out there. Bill and his building team had the most amazing work ethic and did amazing things in a short amount of time. Also leaving the work area tidy and clean. The whole team are a credit to Granny Flats WA. At no point did I hear or see raucous or disrespectful behaviour from anyone which has unfortunately become somewhat of a stereotype in the building industry. I recommend Granny Flats WA highly – when I return to my home each day I am so thankful for its transformation and how it now caters for our multi-generational family. It fills me with joy!

  We would like to thank you for the build of the granny flat built at our home.
  We were nothing but impressed by the quality and the excellence in finishing of the build. Nothing was too much, from the time Mum entered the showroom you showed her respect and understanding. Now she has settled in she is very comfortable and in good spirits, thriving being surrounded by her family.
  We all Thank-you, all of us would commend you and recommend you to anybody thinking of building, with Granny Flats WA you all have been absolutely AWESOME!

  I couldn’t recommend Granny Flats WA more highly.
  
  Dealt with Tom, Mike and their amazing team and had nothing but help and support to try and make my project work at my home.
  
  Unfortunately Council made my dream halt but I I would recommend working with this team for any project.

  Excellent from start to finish. Delivered exactly what we discussed. Our site Manager was always punctual and kept in touch, a pleasure to deal with. We are thrilled with the results of both our ensuite addition and renovation as well as our Granny Flat. Even nearly a year after the fact, if we have any questions or concerns they are quick to respond and always happy to help. Would not hesitate to recommend them, and would happily show our renovations and Granny Flat to anyone who was considering using GFWA.
